Olabode Olaniyi is Head, People Outsourcing at ICS Outsourcing Limited.

He holds an HND-Banking and Finance[Distinction] from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria with a diploma in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Olabode Olaniyi is an Associate of the Institute for Certified Business Process Outsourcing and Shared Services. A member of the Human Capital Providers Association of Nigeria [HuCapan]. Currently running his MBA at the University of Lagos, Akoka.

He has worked in the Banking sector where he garnered experience in Commercial Banking, Credit Risk, Legal, Treasury Operations, and Business Banking. He is also a recipient of Access Bank’s GMD/CEO’s awards -2012. Olabode has worked in the office of the Executive Director, Business Banking Division, Access Bank PLC before resigning to join ICS Outsourcing Limited.

He joined ICS Outsourcing Limited in 2013 as Client Services Manager where he managed the major client of the ICS and succeeded in improving the organization’s Recruitment processes and quality, Staff, and client engagement as well as upscaling the general level of statutory compliance among outsourced employees. This experience so far cuts across Strategic Business Management, Manpower Planning, Banking, Recruitment, Training, and Exit management process.

He also managed the People Management unit [as Team Lead] of the organization with an outsourced staff of over 13,000 employees with training done across Customer Service, Quality Management System, Corporate Governance.
