Currently he is the Regional Business Manager (Business Operations &HR Shared Services) South-South at ICS Outsourcing Limited where he Leads the Business Activities and Workforce Management across the entire region. A Very Experienced Trainer with an in-depth knowledge and hands on Practical experience in Recruitment and selection, People Management, Employee engagement, Strategy formulation, Business Development, Client Engagement and Information Management.
He has served in various capacities as a Recruitment Specialist, Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) with proven Track record of meeting and exceeding business and Client’s expectations.

He holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from University of Nigeria Nsukka and a Second Class Upper-Division in Biochemistry from Anambra State University.

He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM), a Specialist of the Institute for Certified Business Process Outsourcing and Shared Services Professional (ICBPOSSP) and also a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).
