Our History

Integrated Corporate Services Limited is Nigeria’s pioneer Human Resource Outsourcing Company. We are on a mission to provide world class human resource solutions, using experts while creating value for our shareholders and opportunities in the community. Our vision is to be the most valuable Business Support Solutions Partner to our Clients throughout Africa and beyond.

  • 2000

    While we had a client base of just one customer at inception in 1995, our clients base had grown to six, by the turn of the new millennium. In the year 2000, the organization appointed a new general Manager, in person of Mr. Thomas Areola; who later became the organizations' first Managing Director. On taking office, he had to battle the challenge of reviving the business, as it was facing a very difficult period at the time. Successfully able to navigate the ship of the organization out of troubled waters and back to profitable ways, he was able to attract the patronage of new clients, swelling the clientele base to twelve.

  • 2002

    In March 2002, the company moved to a new office at 41, Gbolade Adebanjo Street, Off Olusoji Idowu, Association Avenue, Ilupeju, Lagos. It remained at this location until April 2013, when it moved to its present location at 6, Olusoji Idowu Street, Ilupeju.

  • 2006

    After running a successful tenure as M.D., Mr. Areola handed over leadership of the organization to the then newly employed General Manager of the company, Mr. Femi Olatide. On assumption of duty, Mr. Olatide oversaw a major re-engineering of the functions and processes of the company; revamping management practices and redirecting the corporate brand and business development efforts.

    As at 2006, the company’s clientele base stood at thirty one clients, among who are over half of the major banks in Nigeria, and some other blue chip Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Manufacturing companies.

  • 2016

    After successful tenure, Mr Femi Olatide retired from the company and handed over the mantle of leadership to the current MD Mr Peter Akindeju who assumed office on the 1st of January 2016.
